The 66-year-old songwriter generously treats us to a concert of Bruce Springsteen proportions (more than three hours), in which new material from this year's robust Standing in the Breach blends seamlessly with his enviable back catalogue. ... ... ... It's a privilege to witness this epic experience.
- Ben Walsh i The Independant
It isn’t easy to fill a space as cavernous as the Royal Albert Hall with an atmosphere of intimacy and warmth but Jackson Browne did it through a combination of much-loved songs and old-fashioned charm.
- Will Hodgkinson i The Times
"Shimmering": More than 40 years after his debut album, Jackson Browne is still dedicated to making music that means something. ... ... ... Overall this was as fine a survey of his quietly huge career as it was possible to fit into a single evening.
- Adam Sweeting i The Telegraph
If Browne has a tendency to go on, it’s within the confines of his music. He moves fluidly between piano and guitar as guitarists Val McCallum and Greg Leisz, playing pedal steel and lap steel guitar, noodle copiously in the spotlight.
- Betty Clarke i The Guardian
Jag återkommer med en mer detaljrik redogörelse....
